Three fallen officers honored at Utah memorial | The Salt Lake Tribune

Family and friends of Bureau of Indian Affairs Officer Joshua Yazzie, who died while on duty last year, honored him and two other fallen officers Thursday with a ceremonial Ute song.

A large crowd gathered at the Capital grounds, where Yazzie’s name, and the names of Sevier County Sheriff’s Sgt. Franco R. Aguilar and Kane County Sheriff’s Deputy Brian B. Harris ,were added to the Utah Law Enforcement Memorial.
